The Cyprus Arbitration Forum
The Cyprus Arbitration Association is a non-profit NGO that brings together lawyers and other professionals, regardless of their belonging to a particular jurisdiction, who are professionally engaged or interested in the practice of the disputes in the sphere of international arbitration.
Membership in the Cyprus Arbitration Forum association is open to all individuals possessing a law degree and having professional interest in the international arbitration practice, as well as sharing the goal and objectives of the establishment of the association.
The main objectives of the association is the promotion of Cyprus as a venue for international arbitration, providing assistance and support interest in the practice of international arbitration as a method of resolving of cross-border disputes, promotion of knowledge and experience in resolving disputes through international arbitration, as well as strengthening of cooperation and exchange of experience between the specialists from around the world. The Cyprus Arbitration Forum association is not an arbitration institution.
